How do the free 10-person surveys work?
We want you to understand how our service works before you pay anything to use it. To evaluate whether nearlyeveryone.com is right for you, you are welcome to create as many surveys with 10 respondents as you like. We’re certain you will like what you see.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept PayPal which permits all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also pay using any balance in your PayPal account or draw directly from all major bank accounts. If you need different payment options, you may contact us at billing@nearlyeveryone.com.
Why must I buy credits to create surveys?
Nobody likes standing in line at the checkout. We wanted to make sure it was fast and easy to create surveys. We let you pre-pay for one or more surveys at a time to keep things as fast as possible.
What if I get fewer responses than I paid for?
You only pay for responses you have received. For example, if you ask a question to 200 people but only receive 100 responses after several days, you will only be charged for the 100 responses received. At no time will you be charged for responses you did not receive.
Can I have some or all of my balance refunded?
Absolutely - your unused credits can be refunded to you at any time. Imagine you buy $500 of credits but only use $200. If at any point you’d like the $300 credited back to your PayPal account, just ask. You can contact us any time at billing@nearlyeveryone.com.
